Youth Players
| Players under the age of 18 who wish to participate in CASA leagues and events will need to complete and submit the USSSA YOUTH Waiver. Forms may be faxed to 303-845-8569. This form must be filled out completely, signed by a parent or legal guardian, submitted, and acknowlegded before the player will be eligable to participate in a CASA league or event. Youth registration can take time, please plan accordingly. |
